You may unsubscribe from Confluence communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Once you unsubscribe, we will remove your email from our mailing list, though we may retain it in our records as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain an active subscriber or until you request deletion. After unsubscribing, we may retain your information for legal or business purposes as permitted by law.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, ideas, or any other communication regarding Confluence (whether via email, phone call, survey, or any other method), you agree to the terms outlined in this section.

Ownership and Use of Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, or other input you provide regarding Confluence becomes non-confidential, non-proprietary information. Ideas themselves cannot be copyrighted, trademarked, or patented. You hereby grant Confluence and its developers a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate any feedback you provide into the development, design, and operation of Confluence, in any form and for any purpose, without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

No Ownership Rights

Submission of feedback does not confer any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, claims to compensation, royalties, or any other financial interest in Confluence or its development. You acknowledge that multiple parties may suggest similar ideas, and Confluence has no obligation to determine the original source of any idea or to provide credit or compensation for its use.

Confidentiality

You agree not to submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information in your feedback unless you understand and accept that such information may be used by Confluence as outlined above. Confluence is under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any feedback you provide.

No Obligation to Use

While we value your feedback and use it to inform Confluence's development, we are under no obligation to implement, acknowledge, or act upon any suggestion or idea you provide. We may choose to use, partially use, modify, or disregard any feedback at our sole discretion.
